Crescent Pepperoni Roll-Ups

These made a great after school snack that we found on Pinterest while looking for fun finger foods for Emma upcoming birthday party. You could easily add some sliced jalapenos for a spicy kick (Nathan liked those). I am sure you could add other toppings but for a quick snack keep it simple

1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
40 slices pepperoni
4 pieces of mozzarella string cheese, cut in half
garlic powder
pizza sauce (For Dipping)
Optional Jalapenos (Sliced)

Preheat oven to 375.

Unroll crescent rolls and separate into 8 triangles. Place 5 slices oft pepperoni on each crescent roll. Top pepperoni with string cheese half (Add few slices of jalapeno for a spicy kick) and roll up. Sprinkle crescent rolls with garlic powder. Place rolls on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve with a side of warm pizza sauce.
